First 100 days in a new role
When managers first go into a new role they often feel vulnerable and exposed. This is often a particularly stressful time. You have just been promoted and expectations - yours and your bosses - are high. You do not want to continually ask for help. And this is the time when you know least about the people, the situation and your customers.
Coaching support during this time can be especially valuable. We propose a package that includes 3 face to face meetings spaced approximately a month apart with a telephone coaching session between each face to face session. Each face to face session would last approximately 2 hours and the telephone coaching one hour - the total time commitment being approximately a little over one day.
